1 Please supply all information relating to the resignations of Cllrs Tony Miller, Wilson, McLeod and Wright. This should include but is not limited to:
a. the resignation letter/ email itself redacted if necessary
b. replies and responses from any councillors and the clerk
2 Please also supply, in the case of Cllr Miller, redacted if necessary:
a. all information relating to his resignation email of 22nd September and replies/ responses sent from whomever did that.
b. all information relating to his resignation email of 21st October and replies/ responses sent from whomever did that.
c. all information relating to his register of interests, submitted to HTC and BDC since January 2025 and up to his resignations in October 2025. This should include dates of changes, his confirmation to the clerk and from the clerk to Babergh DC of any changes, which related to his DPI form held at BDC but amended by HTC’s clerk electronically.
3 Please supply all information, redacted if necessary, which relates to:
a. cllr Miller’s request for approval for his reason for absence for the Full Council meeting in September
b. cllr Miller’s request for approval for his reason for absence for the Full Council meeting in October
