Freedom of Information Request – Padel Court

Resident A sent in the following FOI request:

A member of the public – [name redacted] – has indicated in public Facebook posts that he has contacted Hadleigh Town Council about the setting up and provision of padel court facilities. He states that he has made enquiries and been advised that there is no possibility of this being explored further.

Please supply all information held by HTC including, but not limited to,

emails, phone call transcripts, letters and phone messages, relating to the enquiry made by the aforementioned member of the public regarding the development of padel court facilities

2 . minutes of meetings held at which this offer was presented, considered and the decision was made

3 . emails between councillors and staff in which the matter was presented, considered and the decision made

4. minutes of meetings held or emails sent which confirm the delegation of authority to any members of staff or individual councillors to make a decision relating to the request by a member of the public that the council consider an offer to establish and provide padel court facilities at Layham Road Sports Ground.
